How much is it?
Free. You pay for nothing. You don’t pay for the machine – machine customers pay high-street prices for the snacks.
How long is the contract?
Contract? What contract? There is no contract!
We don’t charge for the machine. We are are happy to supply the machine free-on-loan.
Who stocks the machines?
We do. We stock the machine with fresh produce as soon as it’s required. We also collect the money from the storage box and ensure there is enough ‘float change’ to provide you with your change after a purchase.
Who owns the machines?
We do. But we don’t charge you to hire them.
Are the machines loud?
No. We have never had a customer complain about the noise. The refrigeration units are not on continuously, only when the temperature rises too high. Even then, the sound is about the same as a small kitchen fridge.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
We’ll come and fix it within 48 hours. There will be no charge to you if the unit has a mechanical failure.
How much electricity do the machines use?
Each machine has a different rating, and will use different amounts of electricity based on whether it’s a snack machine or hot drinks machine, but the machines are really rather efficient and you shouldn’t notice any significant increase in your electricity bills.
